To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer service team at Info@tarkeylifestyle.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos.
We will provide you with a return or exchange authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all tags and accessories.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the returned or exchanged item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-14 business days.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the shipping cost for the exchanged item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@tarkeylifestyle.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
Please also note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
